It’s believed Chelsea are the frontrunners for his signature having been monitoring his development since past season, but new report coming from Football Italia, claimed Inter have highlighted the youngster as a potential signing.

The report adds that scouts have been sent to watch Tonali in action at the Italy’s second tier, with the midfielder already registered nine appearances this season.

However, the Series B club are said to be unwilling to sell the midfielder at this stage of his career unless a mouth-watering offer in the region of €25m (£22.2m) is being offered.

Meanwhile, should Chelsea fail in their pursuit of the midfielder, Luka Jovic is another reported target for the Blues but there will be facing keen competition from Tottenham for his signature.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato claim Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are keeping an eye on striker Luka Jovic, as the Serbian hitman continues to shine in the Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt.
